How to Initiate a Return

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.

Exchanges
